Anton Karmazin, Ph. D. in biology, councilor of State Civil Service of Russian Federation, became the Deputy head of Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance). Previously, he held key positions in the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance administration for the Rostov region.
Anton Karmazin has received awards and honorary titles in the field of Russian agro-industrial complex.
Earlier in October, Karmazin’s predecessor, Nikolay Vlasov resigned due to the expired contract.
