Nestle Russia LLC may be fined 300,000 rubles (Euro 3,300) for violating the decree of the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin on the mandatory transfer of at least 30% of employees to a remote format of work and providing the relevant data to the city authorities through the portal mos.ru. This was announced by the Сhief Inspector of the Association of Administrative and technical inspections (AATI) Yuri Gusakov.
The official representative of Nestle Russia LLC said that the company fulfilled the decree and transferred more than 30% of the Moscow office employees to a remote format of work, but faced technical issues when uploading the required information to the portal mos.ru. Since October 12, Nestle Russia has been taking all possible steps to provide information and has repeatedly requested technical support from the relevant services, but the problem has not yet been resolved.
Meanwhile, the public organization Roskomsvoboda and the Digital Rights Development Fund filed a lawsuit against the Moscow City Government over the mandatory collection of personal data of employees who were transferred to remote work.
