Rosselkhoznadzor, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (RSN), considers it essential to simplify goods’ clearance in order to avoid possible shipment disruption due to current logistic complications, which has resulted in difficulties with importing controlled goods of animal and plant origin to the Russian Federation.
Custom clearance for the stated category is to be carried out based on veterinary and phytosanitary shipping document copies with a mandatory guarantee from participants of foreign economic activity on the provision of their originals.
The required steps to prove the documents authenticity will be agreed upon with the exporting countries’ authorized departments.
