The Federal Tax Service notified vendors that due to cash tape supply shortage it is not going to levy fines for not issuing receipts if the payment is recorded at the cash register, but the tape is missing due to temporary shortage on the market.
The alternative to hard copy receipts is issuing electronic receipts to consumers. Their consent to receive a fiscal document sent to their phone number or an email address is mandatory.
