The service is provided by Moscow National Veterinary Agency if there is nobody to look after the pet while the owner is in the hospital.
Medical or social workers should inform the Moscow station for pet disease prevention about an ill host. Specialists for the Veterinary Agency will be dispatched within 1,5 hours to pick up the pet.
It is allowed to take pet’s favorite food, treats and toys (that will, of course, be disinfected).
Owners, while staying in a hospital, may always check on their pets over a video call.
