On April 2nd the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin announced to the nation that days from 4th until the 30th of April will be non-working. However, employers are mandated to maintain workers’ salaries at the same level as before. Governors have been empowered to close factories and businesses, halt public and personal transportation and take other measures necessary to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic in the regions of Russia.
