The ParkZoo International Pet Industry Exhibition has been taking place in Moscow at Sokolniki Exhibition Centre since 2011. The exhibition shows dynamic growth year to year: exhibition space, the number of exhibitors and visitors and the number of products on show are increasing.
In 2019, 275 companies (+10% on 2018) were exhibiting thousands of pet food and treats, care products, accessories, veterinary and grooming products, etc. The exhibition space increased 10% and took six halls. It has become more international as well: a short over 14% of exhibitors were presenting 14 foreign countries: Italy, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Slovenia, Great Britain, Ireland, USA, China, Sri-Lanka, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan.
ParkZoo is the most representative industry event in Russia by far. In 2019 it welcomed 12,000 professional visitors. The geographic profile of these visitors is impressive: Russian guests came from 80 regions of all federal districts and international guests could be welcomed from 50 countries. More than 60% of visitors were either company owners or upper echelon managers.
ParkZoo provides an outstanding business event program for all professional visitors — retailers, distributors, manufacturers, vets, groomers. In 2019 international visitors were welcomed at the Russian pet market presentation.
In 2020 ParkZoo will take place from 9th till 11th of September and will celebrate its 10th anniversary. All pet industry players interested in launching their products and services on the highly potential Russian pet market are welcome to exhibit and visit the event.
Starting in 2017, the organizer of ParkZoo — ARTIS Expo company — runs a networking industry event called Russian Pet Business Summit. It’s a conference for owners and decision makers to meet each other, establish contacts and to discuss relevant industry issues and trends. The Russian Pet Business Summit 2020 will again take place in Sochi, Russia from 7th to 9th of April.
