As discovered by SoyaNews, in November 2023, Russia produced 125.8 thousand tons of pet food – almost the same amount as the previous month and 3.2% more than in November 2022. This is the highest volume of production of ready-made rations for pets in the last three years.
In the first 11 months of 2023, compared to the same period in 2022, pet food production in Russia grew by 0.3%. In December last year, the analytical company IMARC Group presented its research on the global pet food market. According to experts, in 2023, it will reach $125.1 billion, with growth rates (CAGR) of 4.6% expected in 2024–2032.
