As of June 25, 2021, Rosselkhoznadzor (the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, hereandafter RSN) resumes for three months animal food, food additive and vitamin supplies from several enterprises in Germany, the Netherlands and Spain. The list of pet industry enterprises is in the appendix.
Controlled goods arriving in Russia will be subjected to enhanced laboratory monitoring.
The competent authorities of Germany, the Netherlands and Spain are given the opportunity within the three month period to prepare and send the Rosselkhoznadzor a requested information which confirms compliance with the requirements of the Russian Federation and the EAEU, including those related to the traceability of raw materials and products of plant and animal origin.
