AliExpress Russia presented its new project called ‘Eat!’ («Есть!») — an independent division for human food, baby food and pet products delivery at the same day they were ordered. The new project is working on a marketplace model, when suppliers are responsible for storage and logistics. ‘Samokat’ service is a logistics partner of the platform, it will ensure assortment availability and express delivery in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
AliExpress Russia is planning to develop partnership with other grocery chains and to expand to Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don and other cities.
