Nikolai Vlasov was released from his position as Deputy Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin released Nikolai Vlasov Deputy head of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance) from his position according to expiration of his fixed-term business contract.

Nikolay Vlasov has been Deputy Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor since 2008.
