According to Euromonitor pet product market in Russia had been growing in the last two years with the dynamic above the global level. In 2020, retail sales increased by 7,9% up to 246,2 bln rubles (Euro 2,9 bln). In 2021, the market value was estimated at 265,1 bln rubles (Euro 3,1 bln) with the growth dynamic of 7,7%. Euromonitor forecasts the 2022 growth rate at 6,7% and expects market value to reach 281,2 bln rubles*.
